Welcome to Hausease. By using our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our services.
Hausease is an online platform designed to help property managers and landlords efficiently manage rental properties, tenants, maintenance activities, and financial records. Our services are intended strictly for professional or business use and not for private consumer purposes.
You are eligible to use Hausease if you are 18 years of age or older, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and are accessing the platform for professional reasons. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these conditions.
We are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You retain full control over the data you provide to the platform. Hausease only processes this data to deliver the services you request. All personal data relating to tenants or third parties is handled securely and with care. If necessary, you may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to formalize our data handling commitments. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. In the event of any unauthorized access, you are expected to inform us immediately. Hausease reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Some features of Hausease are available only through a paid subscription. All prices are displayed in euros (€) and may include VAT where applicable. Payments made are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Failure to maintain payment may result in restricted access to premium services.
In the case of technical issues or bugs, Hausease commits to resolving such problems within 24 to 48 hours of being notified. Refunds will not be processed during this window unless the issue persists beyond the promised resolution period.
By using Hausease, you agree not to engage in any activity that is illegal, unethical, or harmful to the platform. This includes uploading malicious content, attempting to reverse-engineer the software, or violating privacy and intellectual property laws. We take the integrity of our platform seriously and will act against any form of misuse.
All content on Hausease, including code, design, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Hausease or its licensors. You are permitted to use the platform solely for the purpose of managing your own property operations. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.
Although we strive to offer reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available. Hausease will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, income, or business opportunities caused by downtime, bugs, or other technical issues, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
As Hausease is intended for professional use, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal available to EU consumers does not apply.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. If significant changes are made, we will notify users accordingly. By continuing to use the platform after changes are published, you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws within the European Union. Any legal disputes shall be handled through appropriate EU jurisdictions or through online dispute resolution mechanisms, where available.
