9. Right of Withdrawal
As Hausease is offered for professional and business use, the EU consumer withdrawal right (14-day return) does not apply.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the European Union. Any disputes may be resolved through EU-based jurisdiction or online dispute resolution channels where applicable.
